Wendy Lam as the newest member of Chrysalix's advisory board

We are delighted to announce Wendy Lam as the newest member of Chrysalix's advisory board.
Wendy has held key leadership positions in operational and commercial capacities at globally renowned industrial firms, including Baker Hughes, Rolls-Royce, and GE. Her recent endeavors have been focused on guiding clients in developing emissions management and decarbonization strategies that align with regulatory mandates and corporate sustainability goals. Wendy's expertise encompasses climate technology solutions, methane baselining and abatement, and the successful commercialization of new technologies, alongside optimizing procurement and supply chains.
Currently, Wendy serves as the Chair of the Board for Heaten, a provider of decarbonized industrial heat solutions. She is also a board member at Capsol Technologies, an organization dedicated to delivering energy-efficient and environmentally friendly carbon capture solutions. Wendy actively participates on the Board of the INSEAD Alumni Energy Global Club and serves as an executive mentor for Masdar's WiSER (Women in Sustainability, Environment, and Renewable Energy) platform.

Residing in Oslo, Norway, Wendy holds Canadian, Norwegian, and Hong Kong citizenships. She earned her Mechanical & Industrial Engineering degrees from the esteemed Universities of Waterloo and Toronto in Canada, complemented by an MBA from INSEAD/Wharton.
