A long-time industrial technology enthusiast, Alicia has close to 15 years of experience working with industrial companies in both technical and management roles across Europe, North America and Asia.
Before joining Chrysalix in 2018, Alicia worked as a management consultant for Bain & Company in London, England, helping companies with their toughest business problems including strategy, organisation, go-to-market/sales excellence, merger integrations and transformations. Prior to Bain, Alicia worked for ABB and a large marine shipping company in operational and technical capacities.
Alicia holds an MBA and a MS in Mechanical Engineering from MIT, where she was a Leaders of Global Operations Fellow. She is also a Professional Engineer and holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of British Columbia in Vancouver.
Alicia currently serves as a Board Observer with Chrysalix portfolio companies MineSense and Novamera Inc.

Mark is the former Chief Marketing Officer at GE Energy responsible for $45B in business including thermal & renewable power generation; oil & gas exploration, development & transport; electric transmission & distribution; and industrial controls.
John is the former VP, Technology and Development at Teck Resources. John left Teck to form PetraScience Consultants Inc., providing exploration and technology services to the mining industry. He is the Wold Professor in Environmental Balance for Human Sustainability at Cornell University.
Stefan is the CEO at Nauto, an AI platform for urban mobility. Previous roles include consulting Professor at the Precourt Institute for Energy at Stanford University; and Director at McKinsey where he cofounded the Cleantech and Sustainability Transformations practice.
